All of our accommodation is spacious and private. Every room includes a viewing shelf, ramp, scratching post, plenty of toys and soothing music. We also have personal igloos for sleeping, lined with soft, high-quality lambswool bedding. We provide everything to ensure your cat’s blissful contentment.
During your cat’s stay, it will receive individual care and attention. We create programs to suit each individual cat, so if your pet prefers to stay in its room rather than participate in the play gym it will not be forced to venture out against its will.
How rooms are charged
Rooms are charged at a ‘per night’ rate (similar to a hotel) and are based on your cat arriving in the morning and leaving at the normal check-out time at the end of its stay (before 11am). Cats picked up after office hours out of normal office hours will be charged an additional day’s accommodation (as the room used during that day is not available to any other guest until the following day, even if it is picked up at 12pm).
Deposits and Minimum Stays
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit must be paid once you receive your confirmation letter so that we can put your booking into the system.
There are minimum stay requirements during some school holidays, please see below:
Easter ~ five-day minimum stay
Christmas & New Year ~ seven-day minimum stay.
Full payment must be received by 1st of December for Christmas boarding.
