After hours pick-ups & drop-offs

Many customers find it difficult to get their cat into boarding during office hours,
so Cat Utopia has created a secure after hours pick-up and drop-off area to make boarding your cat more convenient.

How it works

The pick-up and drop-off area is available between 7am and 9pm, seven days a week. All you have to do is let us know when you’re likely to arrive so that we can keep an eye out for your car and have your cat (or it’s accommodation) ready.

Those customers wishing to use the after hours area are given a security pin code when they have booked and paid for their accommodation, so that they can drop-off their cat at a time that is convenient to them.

Your cat will only stay in the drop-off area for a few hours, depending on what time you leave it there. For example, if you leave your cat at 7.30 am it will be taken to it’s room at 8.30am when the office opens, or if you leave your cat at lunchtime it will be taken to it’s room during one of the regular meal times.

Please note, it is important for you to let us know what time approximately you will be arriving so that we can make sure your cat is ready and waiting for you when you arrive, or if dropping off so that we move your cat to it’s room as soon as possible.

Important information

If you are leaving your cat, especially for the first time, you must ensure that your booking form is fully completed so that we have all the necessary information to ensure a happy and safe stay for your cat.

You must also provide proof of your cat’s current vaccination. This can either be faxed or emailed to us before you arrive or you can leave a copy with your cat.

Note that blank booking forms are left in the drop-off area should you forget to bring the form with you.

All boarding fees must be paid PRIOR to your arrival if wish to use this service.
