To avoid disappointment and to ensure your cat receives its preferred accommodation, we strongly recommend booking in advance, particularly if boarding your cat during school and/or Christmas holidays.

Whilst we are happy to accept your cat without a booking, please be aware that we are often booked out during peak holiday times.

For drop off and pick up: Monday – Saturday 8.30am – 11.00am

Other times by appointment only. Closed Sundays and public holidays.

Extended hours may apply during holidays, please ask.

Inspections welcome

Please feel free to visit our facility at Lake Munmorah and experience first hand our six-star service and cat accommodation. We accept visitors anytime during office hours: Monday – Saturday 8.30am – 11.00am.
