After hours pick-up and drop-off secure area
If you need to drop-off or pick-up your cat outside of normal office hours, then there is a secure after hours area for your convenience. You must let us know the approximate time that you will be arriving and all monies owing must be paid PRIOR to your arrival to use the after hours area. Upon payment of your account, a PIN code to unlock the security door will be emailed to you.
