The Penthouse
Cat Utopia’s premium suite. The Penthouse is our most spacious room, with uninterrupted garden views and every feline luxury catered for: including heated flooring, ducted air conditioning and a personal television screen, with many extras included in the daily price.

While here, your cat will receive (at no extra charge):
- a tailored menu to suit their individual tastes and dietary needs
- daily Cat-ercise – an intense play session with fun, interactive toys
- daily Cuddlepuss – a nurturing package which includes a morning chat and massage, as well as evening cuddles and a bedtime treat
- daily 30-minute jungle gym visits

The Penthouse is 3m x 3m ‘no-wire-mesh’ room with large windows overlooking our Japanese-themed water garden. For cats that have been trained using a Litter Kwitter or equivalent, there is even a toilet in the room (no need to be concerned that your cat will lose the habit you have worked so hard to teach them). These wire free rooms are our most spacious.

Cat’s staying in The Penthouse can choose from our premium menu but if your cat requires something different than what is on the menu than you may need to bring that food with you. If you do bring your own food it must be clearly marked with your cat’s name on each can or bag.
