Cat Boading Requirements - Health & Vaccinations

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our feline guests, we have a few simple requirements. Please read the following and if you have any further queries, do not hesitate to contact us.

Vaccinations

For safety and hygiene reasons, we only board fully vaccinated cats. You must provide a current vaccination certificate (F3) when checking in your cat.

Please note: Vaccination certificates are only valid for 12 months. If your cat’s vaccination is due close to your booking, we require it to be done at least two weeks prior to boarding.

Flea & Worm Treatment

We ask that your cat’s flea and worm treatment be kept up to date. We recommend Frontline, Advantage or Revolution (applied every month) or flea injections.

Medication

• All allergies and ailments must be declared.

• If your cat is on medication, we would appreciate it if you give us details at booking and bring ALL medications with you.

• If your cat requires medication or has special needs while at our facility, our staff are fully trained to provide such services. However, we do not administer injections.

Restraint

To ensure your feline is as safe and comfortable as possible, we request that you restrain your cat upon arrival. We suggest a carry case, harness or a pillowcase.

Feeding

We want your cat to enjoy his or her feed times, so at Cat Utopia Resort & Spa all cats receive an individual diet that is as close to their home diet as possible. Fussy appetites are catered for and we are happy to accommodate special feeding needs. We provide Royal Canin as a supplement to all cats, which is a very healthy, balanced dried food and we have a menu of treats available for pampered pets.

Please feel free to visit our facility and experience first hand our six-star service and cat accommodation. We accept visitors anytime during office hours: Monday – Saturday 8.30am – 11.00am.
